Payment Terms

All payments must be paid in full before the start of your commission. I will not begin said commission until payment is received. Payment must be sent through PayPal, Venmo and CashApp, unless stated otherwise. Displayed prices are subject to change based on personal improvement.

Refunds​

By commissioning me you are committing to your purchase and the agreed-upon payment.  If you require a refund, In cases in which the sketch stage has already been completed, you cannot receive a refund.

If I have NOT started the commission you can receive a full refund.

Reference sheets

Reference sheets must be clear and accurate when placing a commission. If the reference sheet is not clear, I will be using my best judgment to represent said detail. If your character is a written description you must also pay an extra fee for a design for the character, it must also be written with as much detail as possible to avoid miscommunication.

Revisions

 In the sketch stage, the client may ask for any revisions. After this stage minor revisions may be requested (i.e. color change, missing item, etc.). If the client is dissatisfied and requires a major change to the finished piece (i.e. pose, expression, etc.) an additional charge may be required.

Copyright 

I am allowed to display any commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, portfolio, or advertisement. If the commissioned work is a surprise gift, I can delay posting publicly at the request of the Client. I retain ALL the rights to the commissioned artwork, rights can be negotiated for an added fee.

The Client CANNOT:

-revise or alter the work in any way. This includes but is not limited to; watermarks, and drawing over the work.

-make prints of the artwork, excepting single prints for personal use and display not to be resold or used commercially.

-The Client may not use the artwork on custom printed clothing.

-The Client may not profit from the artwork.

The Client CAN:

-resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but the Client cannot alter the artwork itself.

- upload the artwork to their personal website or gallery, but credit is required.

Deadlines

a rough estimate will be given upon purchase, This estimate is not final. The client is free to check-in and ask about the progress of their work at any given time.  Clients are encouraged to check-in when they feel it’s necessary for updates, assurance, or reminders.
